About Full Spectrum Safety Consulting
With over 25 years in public safety and workplace safety leadership, our founder Glenn Thomas brings trusted, real-world expertise to every project. His career began in 1997 as an EMT, continued with CAL Fire as a Wildland Firefighter, and later with San Diego Fire & Rescue as a Firefighter/EMT, where he participated in emergency and disaster response across California.
Since 2007, Glenn has led safety and risk programs for Continuing Life (Continuing Care Retirement Communities in California). As Director of Safety & Risk Management, he oversees safety and security, disaster preparedness, life safety, fire and security systems, and workers’ compensation programs.
